Justice Aprioku of Rivers State Hogh Court on the PortHarcourt Judicial division has granted an interim order of injunction baring the conduct of the Ijaw National Congress.
In a suit brought before it by claimant, High Chief (Barr.) Mcdonald Igbadiwei. The Court ordered the Leadership of INC and it’s crannies to hold on any action till the determination of the substantive suit before it.
