Justice Aprioku of Rivers State Hogh Court on the PortHarcourt Judicial division has granted an interim order of injunction baring the conduct of the Ijaw National Congress. In a suit brought before it by claimant, High Chief (Barr.) Mcdonald Igbadiwei.
