Governor Babagana Umara Zulum has distributed Ramadan palliatives to 300,000 indigent Muslim and Christian households across the 27 local government areas of Borno State. Flagging off the distribution in Maiduguri, Zulum said the intervention was aimed at cushioning the economic hardship faced by vulnerable residents.
